Refund & Return Policy

At Golden Swan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
✅ Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
✅ Have all tags and labels attached.
✅ Be returned in the original packaging.
✅ Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Intimate wear & undergarments (for hygiene reasons).
Customized or personalized clothing.
Final sale or clearance items.
Damaged or altered products after delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds: The amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Rejected refunds: If the return does not meet our policy, we may not be able to issue a refund.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund is processed.
  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

4. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

6. Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:
🎁 You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

🚚 You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

📦 If returning a high-value order, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
